The company has been mainly working for the Defense Department and has satisfactorily completed large number of contracts relation to Air field, Runways and Highways etc in addition to Buildings of Various types.

Present Business
The present business consists of executing works through contracts mainly of the MES Dept. The company has also a tip-up with M/s Polytan of Germany for executing works of synthetic sports surfaces, In a short span of 2 to 3 yrs the company successfully executes the works of hockey Fields & Athletic Tracks of Global standard at Ludhiana, Badal, Bangalore, Amritsar and Gurgaon each costing more than Rs.2 crores.

Proposed Expansion/Specialization
The Company wishes to enter the field of Roads & Highways in a big way. For this purpose, in the recent past, it had already participated in National and Global tenders in collaboration with IRCON, Although the company has capability & resources to execute mega projects of Roads & Highways on it is not in a position to meet certain requirements of prequalification like turnover or executed works of reqd magnitude. The company is therefore soliciting the help of other companies who meet the prequalification requirements of works up to Rs 50 crores and who are willing to have a tie up with us on mutually agreed conditions.

Purpose of Presentation
To tap the growing demand of Roads & Highways & to secure projects of high magnitude, we are seeking a tie up for execution of projects in the field of roads and highways by way of joint bid/joint financial /joint venture arrangements to the extent found feasible and mutually workable. Presently we would like to venture only for the projects costing Rs. 50 crores annually or less on mutually agreed terms.. In the execution of the contracts we would take the direct responsibility of the execution as mutually agreed on project to project basis.
